Pasha Moore is the founder of Holland Taucher Consulting Group (HTCG), a full-service firm covering all aspects of development and strategy, with a focus on corporate partnerships and major donor cultivation; public affairs, lobbying, and advocacy in various roles, representing clients in both state legislatures and Congress; business development strategies; and coalition building.
With over two decades of political experience, Pasha has previously worked in various roles with over 135 campaigns, political organizations, tech organizations, government entities, and not-for-profits. Under the HTCG masthead, Pasha has directed the fundraising and development of numerous national, state, and local campaigns and Republican political organizations in Texas and beyond, including state judicial campaigns, legislative races, and congressional races; national campaigns and PACs; and state-based political GOTV organizations. Representing various corporate and trade association clients in the Texas Legislature, Pasha strategically creates and deploys specific coalitions to advance key legislative priorities.
Additionally, Pasha has assisted research and development efforts for the U.S. Department of Defense, including the launch of the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN – formerly MD5) in 2016, and has helped create public/private partnerships through the U.S. Department of the Army’s Pathfinder program.
During the 2020 election cycle, through a partnership between the University of Southern California and Google, Pasha was part of a team educating campaigns and volunteers in election cybersecurity, engaging key stakeholders and coalitions in each of the 50 states; where, under the Prevail masthead, her work contributed to winning both a Reed Award for Best Civic Education Resource and a Peer Choice Golden Eagle Award for Overall Grassroots Advocacy/Education Campaign Excellence.
Born and raised in Arkansas, Pasha resides in Austin, Texas.

Randy Purham was born and raised in Chicago, IL in 1980. He has a master’s in political science and a bachelor’s in business administration from American Military University. He enlisted into the US Army in June 1998 and completed Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort McClellan, AL as a Chemical Operations Specialist (74D). He has completed 5 campaigns in 3 tours to Iraq and 1 to Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
For over 22 years, he’s been in a parallel career as part of the Multi-Level Marketing industry as an Independent Business Owner for various Home-Based Businesses in his spare time. In 2013 he published his first book, “The NEW You: Now Equipped with Wisdom,” to help people that are seeking guidance in personal and professional development.
From 2019-2020 he served as Commander of VFW Post 12159 - Naples, Italy and District 1 Commander, Department of Europe VFW, Vice Chairman for the Other Ranks Association – Joint Force Command Naples. Currently he produces as an Internet TV Host of Purham & Associates for The Exceptional Conservative Network (TECN) www.tecntv.com.
Randy retired from the US Army in September 2020 and is a former US Congressional Candidate for the state of Alaska. He now is CEO and Founder of Purham & Associates, LLC, a political consulting firm in Texas. He serves as a Precinct Chair in Travis County, District Captain for Convention of States and he recently managed a US Congressional race in District 10, Texas’ Primary. His personal philosophy behind everything he does is inspired by Zig Ziglar, “If you help enough people get everything they need, you’ll have everything you need.”

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Chuck DeVore is the Chief National Initiatives Officer at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. He writes about the economy, energy, and national security. During session, the Texas Legislature frequently invites him to testify on election integrity and other topics. He guides the Foundation’s national work in border security, election integrity, energy, and conservative criminal justice reform. He authored three books: Crisis of the House Never United – A Novel of Early America, The Texas Model: Prosperity in the Lone Star State and Lessons for America, and China Attacks. He regularly appears on Fox News and is a senior contributor at The Federalist.
For six years until he termed out in 2010, DeVore represented almost 500,000 people in the California State Assembly where he was vice chairman of the Committee on Revenue and Taxation as well as a member of the Budget Committee. DeVore was a senior assistant to a U.S. congressman from 1988 to 1990, and in the Reagan-era Pentagon, DeVore was a special assistant for foreign affairs.
Prior to his election, DeVore was an executive in the aerospace industry for 13 years analyzing technology and corporate capabilities and working in business development.
DeVore retired from the U.S. Army as a lieutenant colonel, having served in both the National Guard and the Reserves as an intelligence officer.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Robbi Hull is a retired civil appellate/litigation attorney. She practiced law at Vinson & Elkins in Austin as an associate and then as a partner from 1992-2007. She also clerked at the Texas Supreme Court for Nathan Hecht 1991-92 after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law with high honors. It was her experience at the Texas Supreme Court that led to her involvement in politics. Since 1992, she has volunteered many hours of her time working for the election of Republican candidates including Justice Nathan Hecht, Justice then Senator John Cornyn, and Justice then Attorney General then Governor Greg Abbott.
In addition to serving twice as President and in multiple other elected officer roles for her home club, Austin Republican Women, Robbi has served on the TFRW Board since the 2018-19 term. She first was elected as TFRW District Director for SD 14 in 2017. Subsequently, she was elected to serve as TFRW VP Legislation in 2019 and again in 2021. Her experience in the legal field, particularly in legal research, writing, and communication, provides her with a unique perspective and ability to work with the TFRW Board and with the membership on matters relating to the legislative process among other things.
Robbi’s legal experience has allowed her to take TFRW to a new level in engaging in the legislative process. In addition to her Action Alerts, during the 2021 Legislative Session, Robbi helped write the statute prohibiting Critical Race Theory in Texas public schools and was instrumental in its passage as well as the passage of election integrity legislation. During the 2023 session, Robbi was instrumental in preserving the rights of the elected State Board of Education when she submitted proposed amendments to pending legislation that were adopted by the legislature.
Robbi has two beautiful daughters and is surrounded by a large and loving family. She enjoys the outdoors and loves to travel!
